737 S 17th St Building permit filed to construct single-story duplex
Owner Shannon Bright plans to build a single-story duplex centered across two adjacent lots at 737 and 739 S 17th St, a 1,056-square-foot project estimated at $185,000. The new residential build will sit on a crawl space with 2x4 exterior walls, R-13 insulation, flashed doors and windows, and required smoke and CO detectors. Inspectors will verify bathroom fixture placement, roof details and lumber sizes as the work moves forward, and any HVAC or electrical work will require separate permits.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
