2415 Little Catalpa Way building permit for a new single-family home
Elite Homes Inc. is building a new single-family home at 2415 Little Catalpa Way for owner Domain Timberlake Multistate LLC, with the project estimated at $150,350. The plan calls for 4 bedrooms, 901 sq ft on the first floor and 1,234 sq ft on the second (partially finished), no basement, a 120 sq ft deck and a 437 sq ft attached garage, and must comply with 2018 Kentucky building-code rules (including deck and floor requirements); note that any retaining walls 4 feet or higher will need an engineer’s stamp.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
