1304 Peaceful Way building permit submitted for new 4-bedroom home
Elite Homes Inc. has filed to build a new single-family house at 1304 Peaceful Way in The Overlook at Eastwood for owner Domain Timberlake Multistate 2 LLC. The two-story plan features four bedrooms, a 1,352 sq ft first floor and 1,609 sq ft second floor with partial finish, a 437 sq ft attached garage, and is estimated at $232,950; the build must comply with KRC 2018 (including floor and deck rules) and any retaining walls 4' or higher will require a Kentucky engineer's stamp.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
