8110 Cedar Pointe Dr building permit submitted for new single-family home
D.R. Horton Inc. Louisville is at it again — they've submitted a building permit to put a new single-family home (Lot 24) at 8110 Cedar Pointe Drive. The two-story, five-bedroom house is estimated at $200,000, about 27 feet tall, and the permit notes no automatic sprinklers or auxiliary garage, so it looks like a straightforward new build from the neighborhood builder.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
