Pulte Homes Of Ohio LLC is building a new single-family residence at 11147 Castlebrook Drive in the Woods @ Grey Oaks (Lot 202). The planned four-bedroom, one-unit house has an estimated project value of $350,000, and the permit notes no automatic sprinkler system is required or provided.
