10400 Broad Run Rd building permit for freestanding storage shed addition
Skinner Scott Marvin is planning to install a factory-built Nordic-style storage shed at 10400 Broad Run Rd — a 10' x 20' enclosed space (200 sq ft) with a 10' x 6' porch (60 sq ft) for a 260 sq ft footprint, with a project value estimated at $14,000. The shed will be built to Kentucky IRC standards, sit about 30 feet outside the flood-conveyance zone on existing grass, and will have no utilities, no conditioning, and no ground-disturbing work planned.
