Sunshine Builders LLC has submitted a building permit for a new six-unit townhome building at 14812 Academy Park Cir on behalf of owner Academy Park PL LLC. The slab-built project, estimated at $929,000, will contain four 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units (14 bedrooms total) and notes there will be no decks or retaining walls. Plans are under review, so this looks like a straight-up new-construction addition to the Academy Park neighborhood.
