Owner Anthony Jerome Vessels is planning a new deck addition at 12418 Oakland Hills Trl. Licensed contractor Timothy Geerts of Home Improvement Heroes submitted a permit to add onto the existing deck, relocate the stairs, and build about 165 square feet with an estimated cost of $14,000.
