Owner Jeffrey David Lemley has applied to build a new two-story house on an empty consolidated lot at 1112 Fenley Ave. The proposed 3,975-square-foot home is estimated at $500,000, will have four bedrooms, stand about 26 feet tall, and does not include an attached garage or an automatic sprinkler system.
