Elite Homes Inc is putting up a new single-family house at 2523 Little Catalpa Way for owner Domain Timberlake Multistate LLC. The two-story plan calls for six bedrooms with 1,165 sqft on the first floor, 1,506 sqft on the second, a partially finished 843 sqft basement and a 730 sqft attached garage, with a project value estimated at $260,750. Plans must follow KRC 2018 (floors and decks) and note that any retaining walls 4 feet or higher need a Kentucky engineer’s stamp, and the build cannot encroach on easements or required yards.
