A new furnace and air conditioner are going in at 1436 Bardstown Rd
A new furnace and air conditioner swap is coming to 1436 Bardstown Rd. The city signed off on the work for the Louisville Federation of Musicians building, and it’s a 60,000 BTU furnace, a 2-ton coil, and a 2-ton AC.
The job is tagged at about $1,500, so this is more tune-up than tear-it-down drama.
