A new HVAC system is going in at 3514 Ramona Ave, and it’s a basement job.
The setup calls for a 1-inch filter, a programmable thermostat, surge protection on the A/C, and a new line set.
Tom Drexler Plumbing is handling the work, and the city signed off on it on Oct. 29, 2026. Expect a little wall moving in front of the unit, because nothing says home improvement like making room for the machine that keeps you comfortable.
