A new HVAC system is going in at 1615 Grey Owl Ct
A new HVAC replacement is set for 1615 Grey Owl Ct in Louisville. The city signed off on a one-system swap for the basement and ground-level outdoor unit, somewhere around $13,406.
It’s an upflow setup with the furnace and condenser heat pump getting replaced, and no new ductwork is part of the plan. The work is tied to the home on Grey Owl Ct, so if you were hoping for a quieter old furnace, this one’s on the way out.
