A new HVAC setup is going in at 12302 Davidson Dr in Louisville. The old furnace, indoor coil, and AC are getting swapped out for a 2-ton system, and the job is pegged at somewhere around $10,867.
The city signed off on it on October 13, 2026, so this one’s officially in the works.
