A new HVAC replacement is set for 3423 Larkwood Ave in Louisville. The city signed off on the work, and it’s a $6,000 job to swap out the air handler, coil, and condenser heat pump.
It’s for a multi-family place, with the equipment going in the basement and at ground level outside. There’s a final check on the calendar for October 14, 2026.
