A pool house at 2211 Woodbourne Ave is getting a full HVAC setup, and it’s not a tiny one. Two zone mini split downstairs, plus a 3 ton split system upstairs, with new ductwork in the mix, too.
The city signed off on it, and the tab on the work is somewhere around $30,000.
