A new AC coil is coming to 3256 Radiance Rd in Louisville. The city signed off on the HVAC replacement for that single-family home, and it’s going in the basement with the outdoor condenser at ground level.
No ductwork change, just the one system, and that one is set to stay at 2.5 tons.
