It’s a replacement for a single-family home, with a Tempstar 15 SEER 1.5 ton A/C condensing unit, coil, and 92% 60,000 BTU furnace, somewhere around $7,600. Work is tied to a sale of the property, so somebody wanted the heating and cooling squared away before the keys change hands.
