A new furnace and AC are going in at 1745 Newburg Rd 2
Somebody’s getting a fresh HVAC setup at 1745 Newburg Rd 2 in Louisville. The city signed off on a replacement for an 80 percent furnace and a 2 ton A/C unit, somewhere around $9,900.
It’s a single-family place, and the new gear is set for the basement and the ground outside. If your place has been acting dramatic with the thermostat, you know the feeling.
