8506 COTSWOLD DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Bakers Heating AC has been issued a residential HVAC replacement permit to install a new furnace and air conditioner at 8506 Cotswold Dr. The $4,000 project replaces the air handler/coil, a 2.5‑ton condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace (equipment in the basement with the condenser at ground level), and the permit is active through 08/24/2027.
