116 ALVINA WAY HVAC replacement permit issued
Black Diamond (operations@bdhvacpro.com) is replacing the gas HVAC system at 116 Alvina Way for owner Vu Nicole, swapping in a single 3-ton system and replacing the air handler/coil and outdoor condenser. The residential permit has been issued with an estimated project cost of $7,800, no new ductwork planned, and the condenser will be located at ground level.
