2813 PORTLAND AVE HVAC replacement permit issued
Licensed pro Bailey Johnson of Redwhiteandcool Heating and Air is installing a full new duct system and a new air-handler heat pump at 2813 Portland Ave for owner Lamar Realty LLC, with the residential replacement project estimated at $9,500. The work replaces the attic-located air handler (2.5-ton) and adds a ground-level condenser; ladder access will be provided for inspections and the permit is active through 02/19/2027.
