7323 RIDAN WAY mechanical permit issued for furnace and AC replacement
Bakers Heating AC is replacing the furnace and installing a new air conditioner at 7323 Ridan Way for owners Helem C and Charlote Lewis — the residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued. The gas furnace/AC swap is a 2.5-ton replacement that replaces the air handler/coil and condenser heat pump, is estimated at $4,000, and will have the air handler in the basement with the condenser at ground level.
