9114 HI VIEW LN HVAC replacement permit issued
Advantage Heating & Cooling is swapping out the furnace, air conditioner, and coil at 9114 Hi View Ln for owners Bideau Noel & Maxine. The replacement ties into the existing ductwork, keeps a 3.0-ton setup with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and is estimated at $8,000. The work is permitted and handled by a licensed HVAC contractor, so expect contractors in and out for inspections soon.
