8801 WHIPPS MILL RD HVAC Replacement permit issued
Peterman Brothers is replacing the HVAC for Rollin W. Maupin & Linda Maupin at 8801 Whipps Mill Rd, installing a GLXS4 3.0T AC (GLXS4BA3610) and a matching indoor coil (CAPTA3626B3). The permit has been issued (expires 02/05/2027) for a single 3-ton electric system with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $7,990 and with no new ductwork planned.
