1695 HAROLD AVE HVAC system replacement
Janice Edwards has a permit to replace the home's HVAC system at 1695 Harold Ave, with Elite Heating & Air listed as the contractor. The work swaps out one 3-ton system—new air handler/coil and a 90% furnace—with an estimated project cost of $500 and a permit issued through 02/04/2027. It’s a level-1, ground-level condenser job with no ladder access required, so sounds like a quick, straightforward upgrade.
