Pulte Homes of Ohio LLC has pulled a permit to install a new gas HVAC system at 8400 Hollis View Way. Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning will install one gas system with new ductwork for the 2,247‑sq ft Park Ridge home (condenser at ground level, equipment on level 2 or higher); calculations list a heat gain of 25,065 and heat loss of 44,409, and the project is estimated at $12,973.63.
