6406 Meadow Creek Court HVAC Residential - Construction permit issued
Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is installing a new gas HVAC system for D.R. Horton Inc.’s Hidden Forest home (Lot 89) at 6406 Meadow Creek Ct. The project, estimated at $10,689.96, is new work for a single-family house and includes new ductwork, one system with equipment located in the basement and the condenser at ground level. Calculations for the 2,934‑sq‑ft home show a heat gain of 27,614 and a heat loss of 43,545 (design temps outside 95°/0°, inside 75°/70°), which helps explain how the system was sized.
