560 Garden Dr issued HVAC replacement for 2nd-floor air handler and heat pump

Weber Heating & Air is adding a dedicated second-floor HVAC system at 560 Garden Dr for owner Nathan A. Dailey, installing an air handler and a heat pump with new supply and return ducts. The attic-mounted equipment will tie to a ground-level condenser (a 2-ton system); the residential replacement permit has been issued and is valid through 02/04/2027.
