3642 Windward Way HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
A+Derr Heating And Cooling is doing an HVAC replacement for owner Ari B. Sabes at 3642 Windward Way, swapping in a Lennox 3‑ton two‑stage 17 SEER system. The $12,410 project replaces the condenser/heat pump and a 97% upflow two‑stage furnace, with the equipment in the basement and the condenser sitting at ground level.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
