Buffat Services Inc will replace the furnace and AC system at the single-family home owned by Tri Thomas George at 16515 Briston Avon Ln, with the permit issued and valid through 02/03/2027. The one-system swap upgrades from 2.5 to 3 tons, replaces the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump, and is estimated at $8,000, with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside.
