5722 SOUTHERN PKWY HVAC replacement: 80,000 BTU furnace and 2.5-ton AC
User Friendly Home Services is handling an HVAC replacement for owner Do Tung Minh at 5722 Southern Pkwy, swapping in an 80,000 BTU 92% efficiency furnace and a 2.5-ton air conditioner with a matching 2.5 coil (air handler in the basement, condenser at ground level). The residential replacement permit was issued on 08/05/2026 with an estimated project cost of $1,500 and remains active through 08/05/2027, so it looks like a straightforward equipment swap rather than major remodeling.
