Weber Heating & Air is set to replace the furnace and air conditioner at 1415 Mill Race Rd for owner Lisa M. Burns, installing a 2-ton gas system with a new air handler/coil and outdoor condenser. The residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued (no new ductwork) and is valid through 02/01/2027, so warmer — and cooler — days are on the way for the house.
