2420 Ashwood Dr HVAC replacement permit issued for 4-ton AC and coil
Wright Mechanical Services is installing a 4-ton air conditioner and new coil at 2420 Ashwood Dr for owner George Erik Peterson, replacing the air handler/coil and heat-pump condenser (air handler in the basement, condenser at ground level). The residential replacement permit has been issued and the project is estimated at $8,372.40 — so expect cooler days ahead.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
