6001 YELLOWSANDS DR HVAC replacement permit issued
3D Heating and Cooling LLC is replacing the electric HVAC system — including a new condenser and air handler/coil — at 6001 Yellowsands Dr for owner Nelson Robert Ellis. The job is a single 3-ton system swap, estimated at $6,750, with equipment located in the basement and the condenser at ground level. The residential permit is issued and a final inspection is requested for 08/04/2026 (permit expires 07/29/2027), so it looks like a straightforward summer swap rather than a major remodel.
