1605 Wood Thrush Trce HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is replacing the gas HVAC system at 1605 Wood Thrush Trce for owner Anthony Leung, with the project estimated at $13,291 and the permit issued. The work swaps in a 5.0‑ton system—replacing the air handler/coil and the condenser heat pump (no new ductwork)—with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level to serve the 3,625‑square‑foot single-family home. Expect to see a new outdoor condenser in the yard while crews do the inside work.
