930 Willow Pointe Dr HVAC replacement permit issued
Anna Smith has applied for a full-system HVAC replacement at 930 Willow Pointe Dr. Owner Aaron J. Smith has Tom Drexler Plumbing handling the job — it’s a gas, single 4-ton system swap (air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and a 90% furnace), with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $25,000, so comfy indoor temps should be back on the way.
