1508 RUSSELL LEE DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Air Support LLC is replacing the full HVAC system at 1508 Russell Lee Dr for owner Otun Abdullahi, swapping in a single 3-ton system with a new air handler/coil and an outdoor condenser/heat pump. The residential replacement permit has been issued with the job estimated at $9,800 — equipment sits in the crawl space with the condenser at ground level, so you’ll likely see a couple of service trucks but no rooftop work.
