8221 RUSTOAK LN HVAC Replacement Permit Issued

Four Seasons HVAC will replace the heating and cooling system at 8221 Rust Oak Ln for owner Whitney R. Perrot. The project installs a new A/C, condenser/heat pump and an 80% furnace with the air handler/coil in the basement and the condenser at ground level (no new ductwork), with an estimated cost of $7,800.
