Woodrow Gustafson has hired MR C Refrigeration Inc DBA Sterling Heating And Air to replace the electric HVAC system at 2065 Sherwood Ave. The project is a like-for-like 3-ton replacement—new air handler/coil and a 90% furnace installed in the basement with the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork, estimated at $15,420.10—and the permit has been issued.
