2128 East Ln HVAC replacement permit issued

Litsey HVAC is replacing the single-family heating and cooling system at 2128 East Ln for owner Allen Orlando, installing a 2.5-ton condenser and coil paired with a 60K BTU, 90% efficiency gas furnace. It’s a like-for-like replacement of one system (no new ductwork) with the outdoor condenser set at ground level and an estimated project cost of $5,000. The work is being done by licensed contractor Litsey HVAC and the permit has been issued.
