Talonda Hopkins is replacing the HVAC at 11426 Top Walnut Loop, installing a new 80% furnace, coil and condenser for the single-family home with a project value estimated at $10,000. Licensed contractor Rick Allgeier Associates Inc (Louisville Air) will swap the single 2-ton system—air handler in the basement and condenser at ground level—and the permit has been issued.
