8513 Branchtree Pl issued HVAC replacement permit
Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning is replacing the gas HVAC system at 8513 Branchtree Pl for owners Kevin A. Oshea and Mary Marcella, with the project valued at about $10,719. The work replaces the air handler/coil and the condenser (a 2.5‑ton system) with no new ductwork, and the outdoor condenser will sit at ground level — basically a like‑for‑like upgrade to keep the house comfy.
