207 Wickfield Dr HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Prudential HVAC is replacing the AC coil at 207 Wickfield Dr for owners Laura and Patrick Nix. It's a like-for-like residential HVAC replacement: one 3.5-ton electric system with the air handler/coil in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and no new ductwork is proposed. The permit was issued on July 23, 2026, and is valid through July 23, 2027.
