417 MCCREADY AVE HVAC replacement permit issued for 3-ton A/C and 90% furnace
LITSEY HVAC is replacing the heating and cooling system at 417 McCready Ave for owner 3117 Mylanta Place LLC, installing a 3-ton A/C and coil along with an 80,000 BTU, 90% efficiency gas furnace. This single-system residential replacement (ground-level condenser, no new ductwork) has a project value estimated at $6,000 and the permit has been issued, so the new units should be humming soon.
