8009 Waterfern Way HVAC replacement permit issued

Litsey HVAC is swapping out the heating and cooling at 8009 Waterfern Way for owner Curtis Todd William, installing a 2.5-ton condenser and coil along with a 60K BTU, 90% efficiency furnace. The residential mechanical permit is for a like-for-like replacement of one system, estimated at $6,000 and currently issued. Notes say the condenser will sit at ground level and the air handler/coil are being replaced.
