DR P'S HVAC is replacing the air conditioner and air-handler coil at 1905 Balfour Dr for owner Nathan C. Melzer, installing a like-for-like 5-ton electric system. The residential replacement permit was issued on 7/22/2026 with an estimated project cost of $6,300, no new ductwork is planned, and the condenser will be at ground level; the permit expires 01/20/2027.
