1016 Wetterau Ave issued for gas HVAC replacement

Nathan Wolz of Air Conditioning Experts LLC is swapping in a new gas HVAC setup at 1016 Wetterau Ave for owner Remington Lee Renee, with the project estimated at $10,000. The work replaces a 90% furnace and the air handler/coil on a 2.5-ton system, with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside.
