5005 Wolfpen Woods Dr HVAC replacement: two gas furnaces and water heater
Omar Heating & AC Plus is replacing two gas furnaces at 5005 Wolfpen Woods Dr. for owner Toledo Living Trust — one in the attic and one in the basement — upgrading the basement unit to 96% efficiency, while leaving the existing AC coil in place and installing a new basement water heater. The residential HVAC replacement is estimated at $8,300, the permit is issued, and ladder access will be provided for inspections.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
