4425 Dannywood Rd HVAC residential replacement permit issued
Prudential HVAC is replacing the gas HVAC system at 4425 Dannywood Rd for owner Thomas Simms, installing a single 4-ton system. The work replaces the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and a 90% furnace with equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level; the permit has been issued (expires 01/14/2027) and $105 in fees have been paid.
